These terms govern your use of the HAYVO LIMITED website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. HAYVO LIMITED is registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 3 Dorchester Close, Wirral, CH49 7QB, United Kingdom.
2. Products
All products sold by HAYVO LIMITED are cosmetic skincare products, intended for daily cosmetic care and skin appearance improvement. They are not medical devices or medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images and formulation notes are provided in good faith, and slight variations in packaging or shade may occur between batches.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment has been taken, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Wholesale & private label orders
Wholesale account terms, minimum order quantities, and private label / OEM manufacturing agreements are subject to a separate written agreement between HAYVO LIMITED and the business customer, in addition to these general terms.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. If you add multiple items to your basket, they are combined into a single Stripe Checkout transaction.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom and to the European destinations listed at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and product photography, is the property of HAYVO LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAYVO LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
